The rates chargable include the following.
- Exclusive use of Property
- Parking for two cars
- EV Charging
- Wifi / Starlink
- Bedding and towel provided.
- For beach towels – please bring your own
- NB No pets allowed
Bookings are Friday 4pm to Friday 10am, and 7 nights stay for high season.

Check-in: from 4:00pm on a Friday
Check-out: by 10:00am on a Friday
Minimum stay / changeover day
* 7-night stays in peak season (Friday changeover)
Please note, no dogs or other furry creatures allowed
Cancellation policy
* Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
* 50% refund for cancellations within 30 days
* Full refund if dates are re-let
