The cottage has sweeping coastal views and is truely a place to slow down and settle in. Set above the tiny fishing cove and perfect sandy beach of Porthgwarra, the cottage is a light-filled retreat located in a most unspoilt spot with dramatic cliffs, sea air, and nights so quiet you can hear the waves below.
Thoughtfully furnished and immaculately kept, Mordros is ideal for guests who want a calm, comfortable base from which to explore the far west of Cornwall, then return home to sunsets, stars, and total tranquillity.

About us
Hello! We are Steve and Lucy, owners of Mordros. We love pasties and we love Cornwall. We are blessed to be the custodians of our beloved Mordros – a home which has been in the family for over 30 years. We have spent the last 18 months modernising the cottage and it is very much our Cornwall home – its just magical!
Mordros is at the end of England – if you go any further you will fall off! Set on the cliffs of Porthgwarra Cove it has a stunning location with wonderful sea views and a short walk to the cove.
